  • What forms of payment are accepted?
    The accepted forms of payment are Cash and Zelle.
  • What should I do if I know I am going to run late?
    Please call the salon at (708) 769-9157 if you are running late for your appointment. There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, a $25 late fee will be added to the total price. Thank you for respecting our time and other guests.
  • Do I have to shampoo my own hair before my appointment?
    No, you do not. All services include a shampoo service.
  • How do I know what I need for my first appointment?
    If you are looking to completely change your look, or you are unsure and want to discuss all of your options, we recommend scheduling a consultation before your first appointment. During your consultation, I will help you determine the best services for your hair type, texture, color change, etc.
  • What is Lavish Allure Collection's cancellation policy, and why do I need to have a credit card on file?
    We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, and are happy to accommodate your needs. As a courtesy to the professional and other guests, please call our salon if you need to reschedule your appointment. If you fail to call and cancel and you do not show up to your appointment time, you will incur a charge 100% of the service cost to the card on file.
  • How often should I get an end trim?
    You should be receiving end trims every 6-8 weeks.
